  • 1.1.How do I book a Hibachi House event?

    Step 1 – Submit Your Booking Request

    Complete our online booking form with your event details, location, and guest count.

    Step 2 – Automatic Confirmation Email

    You will receive an email confirming that we have received your request.

    Step 3 – Our Team Will Contact You

    A member of our staff will reach out to review your booking, confirm your space setup, finalize your menu selections, and calculate your total price.

    Step 4 – Final Invoice & Approval

    We will email you the full invoice based on your confirmed guest count and menu.

    Simply review and approve to secure your booking.

          Step 5 – 48-Hour Confirmation

    We will contact you 48 hours before your event to reconfirm all details, including menu, setup, and arrival time.

         Step 6 – Chef Arrival Reminder

    On the event day, your chef will send a reminder before departing for your location.

    Step 7 – Event Day

    Our hibachi chef will arrive at your scheduled time with the grill and all necessary equipment.

    Step 8 – Payment

    Payment is made after the service is completed, before the chef leaves.

    We accept Cash or Zelle.


  • 2.2. How much does your service cost?

    Step 1 – Submit Your Booking Request

    Fill out our online reservation form with your event date, time, location, and estimated number of guests.

    Step 2 – Confirmation Message

    You will receive a confirmation text and/or email with the next steps.

    Step 3 – Choose Your Menu

    Review our menu and send us your protein selections. Each guest may choose 3 proteins.

    Step 4 – Invoice

    We will email you an invoice based on your guest count and menu selections for your review and confirmation.

    Step 5 – Event Day

    Our hibachi chef will arrive at your location on the scheduled date and time with the hibachi grill and all necessary equipment.

    Step 6 – Payment

    Payment is due after the service is completed, before the chef leaves.

    We accept cash and Zelle.

  • 3.3. What does Hibachi House provide?

    We handle everything related to the cooking and performance, including:

    • Professional hibachi grill

    • All fresh ingredients (meat, seafood, vegetables)

    • Seasonings and sauces

    • Live hibachi cooking performance

    • Cleanup of the cooking area


  • 4.4. What do guests need to provide?

    To ensure a smooth service, please prepare:

    • Dining tables and chairs for your guests

    • A flat and safe area for the grill setup (approx. 6 ft × 6 ft)

    • Access to a power outlet (only if needed)

    • Adequate lighting for evening events


  • 5.5. What is your travel fee policy?

    A travel fee may apply depending on your location.

    To determine whether a travel fee applies to your event, please contact our customer service team with your event address.


  • 6.6. What is your order update policy?

    All order details must be finalized at least 48 hours before the event.

    After this time, changes cannot be made.


  • 7.7. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

    Cancellations or reservation changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

  • 8.8. Do you cook indoors or outdoors?

    We can cook outdoors or indoors, depending on your space.

    Outdoor Cooking:

    • A flat and safe cooking area is required.

    • In case of rain, the host must provide suitable cover such as a tent, canopy, or patio covering to allow safe cooking.

    Indoor Cooking:

    • Indoor cooking is possible if the space is large enough and well-ventilated.

    • The setup must allow safe clearance for the grill and chef.

  • 9.9. Do you accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions?

    Yes!

    Please inform us when placing your reservation if anyone in your group has:

    • Food allergies

    • Gluten-free requirements
